Facilitating ideas capturing sessions can be difficult. MindGenius allows you to create a framework for your session, and easily capture ideas, and improve collaboration with your attendees. Your map acts as a mechanism to keep everyone involved and the visual impact of the map keeps the group focused. It eliminates the need for post session collation and allows you to share thinking with attendees or other colleagues.

• Quickly identify what needs to be discussed ahead of your meeting, structure the sequence of what needs addressed and work out the best flow for the session/ day.

• Add your own questions to and use the Questions Tool to create a framework.

• Capture discussion in real time, allowing for deviations to planned discussion where appropriate, in the knowledge that you have the capability to pull back to the "agenda" at any time.

• Identify, prioritize and assign actions/mini projects/projects to enable agreed objectives to be addressed and help achieve consensus.

• Follow up whenever required what has/ has not been achieved to date and from this take another look at objectives and priorities to enable you to manage through to conclusion.

• Share thinking with attendees and other colleagues either via a map or by exporting to MS Office packages.
