Information missing from branches on printout

Most printing problems are caused by out-of-date printer drivers and we'd suggest updating your printer drivers to the latest version in order to resolve the issue. You can check the printer driver version by following the instructions below then visiting your printer manufacturer's website, e.g. HP Printers visit http://www.hp.com/, for instructions to download and install. If the latest driver is already installed (version numbers match) we'd advise re-downloading and installing to refresh them. It’s our experience that MindGenius requires the most up-to-date drivers in order to print.

To check the printer driver version, can you click 'Start > Settings > Printers'. Right-click over the printer icon and select Properties. Navigate through the tabs for an 'About' button or a manufacturer graphical banner; 'About' should give the driver version as should double-clicking on the banner.

If you continue to encounter this issue or have problems downloading the printer drivers, then please provide the following information to us:

  • Description of printing issue.
  • Version no. of MindGenius Business, which can be found in the 'Help > About' menu.
  • Printer model and driver version.
  • Operating system and version.

 

To check your operating system, the version can be found by clicking on the Windows Start Menu in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and choosing 'Settings > Control Panel > System'. The operating system and version will be given under System.
