Uploading Maps to SharePoint

You can upload newly created maps directly to a SharePoint library through MindGenius, however this will not check the map in and, depending on the settings used for the library, may not make the map visible to other users.

If you choose to upload new maps to SharePoint through MindGenius you should visit the SharePoint web interface after saving and manually check the file in.

Once you’ve saved your map to the SharePoint library you should close and reopen the map immediately. Doing so allows MindGenius to establish the status of the map (e.g. checked in or checked out) and show you the correct user interface that will allow you to check the map out, or check it in.
