With all of the news surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), I wanted to communicate directly with our user co about what we’re doing to ensure the MindGenius Online platform remains operational during this disruptive time.
We are here to serve you, our customers, and we want to be transparent with you regarding our plans to operate safely and effectively. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the Coronavirus.
We understand MindGenius plays an integral role in the operations of our customer’s businesses, and we appreciate the trust you place in us. We are taking proactive steps to ensure we have a fully supported infrastructure and plans in place to maintain the functionality of our platform while prioritizing the health of our employees. We have the ability to run all aspects of our business on a remote basis in the event that employees are unable to physically be present in our offices, and we have performed and completed tests of such ability to ensure our readiness.
We are following the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) for updates and directives regarding coronavirus.
We do not expect any disruptions to our system operations.
