How to Filter Brainstorm Sessions

The ideas grid can be filtered either by category or by question.

Ideas are filtered by question via the side panel and by category via the Quick Filter menu on the Brainstorm ribbon.

To Filter by Category:

1. Click “Quick Filter”
2. Select a category to filter by

(Only categories currently assigned in the brainstorm are shown on the Quick Filter menu.)

To Filter by Question:

1. Ensure the side panel is visible
2. Check the Filter ideas grid based on selected question checkbox
3. Select a question in the question panel

(For filtering by question to work you must have been linking ideas with questions whilst your brainstorm was under way.)
