Integrating MindGenius with Microsoft Outlook

When you add actions to your branches you often want to add resources to show who is responsible for completing a particular action. To facilitate making people aware of what they’re responsible for MindGenius gives you the ability to export the actions in your map to Outlook. Once in Outlook they appear as tasks in your Outlook task list.

Provided you have defined email addresses for your resources (If you imported them from active directory they’ll have them automatically) when you export to Outlook each resource’s actions will be sent directly to their own Outlook task list.
